Management Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of boutique operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
  • Train and supervise boutique staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall boutique experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
  • Schedule models for photo shoots
  • Create content for social media and website
  • Maintain accurate website inventory and create engaging website content

Sales Associate Duties:

  • Assist customers in all areas
  • Assist in maintaining accurate website inventory
  • Assist in photo shoots, try-ons and other social media content creation as needed
  • Train and supervise new boutique staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall boutique experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the retail industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Knowledge of social media content creation for business purposes
