Management Duties:
- Manage all aspects of boutique operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Train and supervise boutique staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall boutique experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Schedule models for photo shoots
- Create content for social media and website
- Maintain accurate website inventory and create engaging website content
Sales Associate Duties:
- Assist customers in all areas
- Assist in maintaining accurate website inventory
- Assist in photo shoots, try-ons and other social media content creation as needed
- Train and supervise new boutique staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall boutique experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Knowledge of social media content creation for business purposes
